Unqualified resumes flooded hiring managers' desks, wasting valuable time, slowing projects, increasing burnout, and hurting the bottom line. Idealistic scientists and innovators, hoping to make a difference, were being let down by a system that treated hiring like a numbers game rather than a mission-critical decision.
Uri saw a better way. Then a father of five young children, he took a bold risk and founded Ortek with a clear belief: true success in staffing comes from being relationship-driven and deeply knowledgeable.
